PARALLAX RC® is licensed to organisations. Access to the individual software is issued only to named practitioners who have passed the Academy examination. There is no route to the software that bypasses this process.

The organisation licenses the engine for its own corpora, with custody records and seals retained on its side.
Earned · certified individuals only
Practitioner licence
Not available for purchase at any volume. It is granted to the individual who passed the examination and travels with that person.

Data collected: name, work email, organisation, role, intended use, and location (IP-derived, plus browser-reported position where you authorise it). No special category data (Article 9). No demographic data.
Purpose: access request processing and licence provisioning. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) — performance of a contract. Location is processed to verify the place of connection and prevent fraudulent access requests. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interests. You may object to this processing at any time.
Retention: duration of licence evaluation plus applicable legal minimum. Deleted on written request.
Transfer: no transfer outside EU/EEA. No third-party processor receives your data.
Rights: access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection — marc.vrk@parallax.software. Supervisory authority: AEPD (Spain).
No automated decision-making (Article 22). No profiling.
